This kind of repair is used when the spine if off/loose and the boards are still securely attached via the end papers. This repair makes use of a library binding type of bookcloth, spine stiffener is 10 point folder stock that is adheared to the boards, adhesive is PVA. Not appropriate for special collections / rare items.
