Making a Met Gala inspired Dress from Wrapping paper?! #shorts

I loved the punk theme from the 2013 gala, although few of the costumes felt that punk! I wanted to channel my inner Vivienne Westwood with this piece. The unconventional fabrics challenge on Project Runway was always my favorite ( especially on my seasons of the show!)
