North Korean FM Choe Son-hui in Moscow for talks on deepening bilateral ties

北 최선희 외무상, 러시아 방문 북•러 군사협력 논의할 듯 North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui is in Russia for talks with her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. According to the North’s Korea Central News Agency on Monday, Choe arrived in Moscow the day before for a four-day visit, at the invitation of Lavrov. Choe’s visit comes at a time when Pyongyang and Moscow are deepening their military ties. In October last year, Russia’s top diplomat visited Pyongyang to work out a suspected weapons deal between the two countries. However, both sides have denied all such allegations.
