Making an authentic ornamental wagon wheel, on the wood lathe

In this video I combine wood and metal to make an authentic 1/12th scale model of a 46“ wagon wheel. This wagon wheel was inspired by Mr Dave Engels of the Engels Coach Shop, Dave is a master wheelwright who continues the tradition of repairing and building new wagons, carriages with both wood working and blacksmithing key skills required.
