Skaters Build Park To Escape Freezing Winters in Norway

The winters in Larvik, Norway are frigid making it nearly imposible to skate outside. Faced with that challege, the skaters in the community built Larvik Skateboard Klubb with the intention of helping the skate scene in this little city in Norway.
