The Smiler, ’the world’s first 14 loop roller coaster’ opened at Alton Towers on 31/5/13. Video includes POVs, off-ride footage, the queue line, and even a roll-back on the vertical lift! The Smiler seems a lot bigger when you’re in the Q underneath the ride than it seems in photos, and is really good to watch when the trains duel.
