Pakistan: Hospitals work overtime as deadly heatwave strikes Karachi

Staff at hospitals in Karachi were at full stretch on Monday, as victims of a deadly heatwave continued to pour in to receive treatment. Patients were seen arriving at Karachi’s Jinnah and Abbasi Shaheed hospitals to receive treatment for heat-related maladies, including fever and dehydration.
