Kickboxing + Conditioning HIIT Workout #1

Feel like channeling your inner fighter? We’ll be using light dumbbells with our jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts while incorporating a few knees here and there! We’ll also be doing kickboxing drills to get our bodies strong and our feet quick so we’ll be ready for anything that comes our way!
