Pamela Anderson, best known for playing CJ on TV’s Baywatch, will make her Broadway debut in the Tony-winning revival of Chicago next month. Anderson, who also produced her own TV series ., will step into the role of Roxie Hart April 12 for an eight-week limited engagement through June 5 at the Ambassador Theatre. “I have always been a huge fan of Bob Fosse’s and Gwen Verdon’s work. Ann Reinking, too,” Anderson said in an earlier statement. “Playing Roxie Hart is a dream fulfilled. Performing Fosse, you don’t have time to get in your head. You can’t dance, sing, and think at the same time. There is a freedom, a unique joy in knowing it’s all about the work.
