You can add a step for an additional challenge if desired, but this workout can also be done without one.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells (2-15 lbs, depending on level, I’m using 10s and 5s), a step with risers (optional) and a mat (optional)
