SUSPECT BRAZENLY SHOVED PERSON OUT OF WHEELCHAIR IN PHOENIX (PLEASE SUBSCRIBE)

A suspect who brazenly shoved a person out of their wheelchair as he attempted to steal it, is chased down by other passengers off the train who wrestled the wheelchair back. Phoenix police are seeking information on the suspect seen on camera.
