Conversion Corner - Budget Librarian for the Blood Ravens Chapter

In the first of my 2020 conversion corners we tackle a Librarian Conversion that costs around £6 or £7 based around a Primaris Lieutenant from the 9th Edition Recruit Starter box. Whilst I’ve painted this conversion as a Blood Raven Chapter it is perfectly suited for any chapter from the Warhammer 40k Universe
