Tropical Storm Debby Causes Florida Floods

Hurricane Debby may have turned into tropical storm Debby but it’s still packing quite a wallop. It is wreaking havoc in Florida with massive flooding. A parking lot of an apartment complex is underwater. A couple in Sarasota, Florida, lost everything. As the water began to sweep through their house, they raced to the second floor to wait it out. However, they are now still stuck. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
