Three years since Douma staged CW attack: is international law still relevant?

Today marks 3 years since the US, UK and France launched their tripartite aggression on Syria, all based on fake news of a CW attack in Douma, which was staged by the White Helmets and Jaish al-Islam. OPCW whistleblowers revealed later that the original findings of the Fact-Finding Mission (FFM) in Douma were suppressed by their administration to accuse Syria of using a CW and hence provide legitimacy to the illegal bombing of Syria in the aftermath of the staged chemical incident.
