Super Star Wars - Return of the Jedi Playthrough (SNES) (Deathless)

The 3rd of 3 Star Wars games on the SNES. This game also holds the special yet unfortunate distinction as the last SNES game that I ever had the chance to rent from the video store before all those games were sold off to make room for PS1, N64 and PS2 games at the time. And its a very fitting end to a classic game trilogy as well. I feel that by this game the series had really hit its stride in having 5 playable characters instead of just 3, being able to have multiple choice for characters in most levels like in A New Hope where as in Empire Strikes back there was no choice in characters and that may have made the game more difficult than it had to be. And speaking of the series difficulty I found this game to be the easiest and the most balanced of the 3 by quite a distance. With a password system, not quite as challenging boss battles, the rebel alliance tokens acting as points and collecting 100 means an extra life definitely helps make the game more manageable then the previous 2 in the trilogy.
