[EN] The Witcher 3 Magpie FSR tests 720p to 1080p on Ryzen 3400g Vega 11

Wanted do more controlled tests with the Magpie FSR upscaler. The game is being captured with AMD ReLive, as it seems to have less overhead than OBS. Most of the time the upscaler works fine but there are times where dips occur which may result in stutter. Not sure why the dips occur, I’m guessing it is related to overhead. Magpie:
