Full title reads: “Surrey. Come to the Fair! Mitcham Fair opened with the historic key as in Elizabethan Days.“ Mitcham, Surrey. A large (mock) key is handed to a civic dignitary and is paraded through the crowds gathered for the traditional Mitcham Fair.
