Thalipeeth makes for a healthy, tasty and nutritious breakfast or snack. #thalipeeth #easyrecipe #healthyrecipes #breakfast #youtube #recipe Ingredient Quantity Coriander seed 1Tbsp Fennal seed 1tsp Cumin seed 1tsp Roasted Chana dal 2Tbsp Jowari Flour 1/4 cup Bajra Flour 1/4 cup Raagi Flour 1/4 cup Beetroot boiled and grated 1nos Carrot Grated 1nos Onion Chopped 1nos Green Chilli Chopped 2-3 nos Sesame Seed 1Tbsp Ginger Chopped 1Tbsp Coriander Chopped 2Tbsp Methi Leaves 1Bunch Salt to Taste Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Water as Required Oil for greecing Oil 1Tbsp For Raita Brown Garlic 1 Tbsp Corriander Chopped 1 Tbsp Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Yogurt 2Tbsp 1. In a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, roasted chana dal and roast it properly, once it’s finally roasted add it in to a masala grinder and grind it well 2. In a bowl add jowar flour, bajra flour, raagi flour, prepared mixture, grated beetroot, grated carrot, choppee onions, chopped green chillies, sesame seeds, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, methi, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water as required, and mix it well and form like a dough 3. Take a plastic sheet spread some oil on the sheet, take small portion of the dough roll it in your palms and flatten it on the plastic sheet, with your fingers gently press the flatten dough to get a flat bread , now make a hole in the center this helps in frying the thalipeeth well. 4. Now lift the thalipeeth and place it on the pan till then in an another bowl add brown garlic, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and curd mix it well and keep it aside 5. Once the thalipeeth is cooked from one side flip it to the other side and let it get cook. 6. Once it’s cooked from both the side add ghee spread some water and cover it with the lid. 7. Once it’s finally cooked properly remove it in a serving plate garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, ghee and garnish the dip with brown garlic and chopped coriander leaves.
