David Goggins - “ People are always asking for a quick challenge they can do so here you Christmas!“ Straight from David Goggins Instagram Account @David Goggins Challenge: Start the wall sit at 90 degrees angle with no weight. Every 15 seconds add a plate (use plates of whatever weight you have 5lb 10lb 24lb 45lb etc). Continue to add weight until you are either out of plates or you can no longer add more. Rules: You must stack the weights yourself. The very last weight you must put on will only count if you hold it for 15 seconds. You must remove the plates yourself one at a time no dumping all the plates.
