“It’s BONKERS” | Companies Allowed To Exclude Trans Women From Female-Only Jobs

Companies can legally exclude trans women from women-only jobs, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has ruled. According to the EHRC, “woman-only“ jobs must be restricted to biological women or those with a gender recognition certificate. It would be discriminatory to include self-identifying women. Baroness Falkner, EHRC chair, warned that the watchdog would take action against employers who violate these guidelines.
