I introduced a privileged resolution on Thursday, November 9, 2023, to impeach Mayorkas and hold him accountable for his failures and crimes. However, on Monday, November 13, 2023, the House voted 209 to 201 to refer my resolution to the Homeland Security Committee, effectively killing it and preventing it from coming to the floor for a vote.
