She is wearing a very elegant coat with wide fur cuffs, fabulous platform shoes, net covered hat and carries an umbrella. Looks like quite a windy day - the Queen has to keep her coat clutched closed. The Queen shelters from the rain in the Women’s Voluntary Service prefab.
