Columbus Statue By Coit Tower Defaced During Italian Heritage Parade

Workers spent much of Sunday power washing red paint off of the Christopher Columbus statue on Telegraph Hill after it was vandalized. The defacing happened the same day as the Italian Heritage Parade in San Vazquez reports. (10-13-2019)
