Power Twister Abs Exercises (Crunches, Twists, Side Bends) - Straight/Oblique Abdominal Muscles

This is a video tutorial for home or outdoors with 6 new exercises using the Power Twister for the straight and oblique abdominal muscles. The steel spring has several advantages when training the abdominal muscles: 1. It is lighter than dumbbells. 2. The straight or oblique abdominal muscles can be trained with the spiral spring without great strain on the shoulder and arm muscles. 3. The abdominal twists while standing and sitting can be performed with constant resistance over the full range of motion. This can only be achieved in the gym on a torso rotation machine. 4. Increased intensity of the abdominal muscle exercises can be reached by holding the Power Twister tighter.
