Circular saw spline miter jig

How to make simple circular saw spline miter jig, to cut the grooves to reinforce the miter joints with wood splines. Not the nicest jig, and maybe it would be safest to use a table saw spline miter jig, but I wanted to try this to reinforce the miter joints of this display cabinet door.
