Ingredient quantity
Roasted apple 1 nos for garnish
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tso
Black salt 1 tsp
Mint leaves 15-20 nos for garnish
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Ice cubes 4-5 nos
Lemon juice 1 ½ nos
Method :
1. Take roasted apple , cut it into wedges .
2. In a blender add roasted apple , sugar , cumin powder , cinnamon powder , black pepper , black salt , mint leaves , chaat masala , salt , water and grind it until smooth paste .
3. In a bowl strain the apple paste , add water if required , ice cubes , lemon juice mix it well .
4. Take 2 glasses , pour apple panna into it , garnish with apple wedge and mint sprig .
