30 MIN STRONG CORE YOGA | Creative Vinyasa Flow for All Levels

Welcome to your creative core vinyasa flow. This 30 minute sequence is great for all levels and offers a creative way to do the poses you know and love while focusing on building core strength. Today’s class includes a slow but dynamic vinyasa flow with a unique take on certain poses. At times it might feel challenging but there is always an option to choose from to make the practice your own. The class begins with a minute or two in stillness to help you check in, then we move into a core warm up to work the external and internal obliques as well as the transversus abdominis and rectus abdominis. The vinyasa flow part of the class includes a creative standing balance, a playful sequence to step forward from down dog, a core challenge in Triangle pose and a surprise arm we wind down in Childs pose and finish with a few minutes of gentle shoulder and neck stretches. Wether you need to modify to make the pose more accessible or simply fancy a different variation I hope you enjoy
