Crash Team Racing - Restored Race Position Dialogues

This mod reveals beta content that is unlike any other. These voices, not only have they always been on the CTR disc, but they were programmed by Naughty Dog to load into RAM when the game boots, and stay loaded in RAM during all CTR gameplay, along with many other unused audio files. This is most interesting when remembering that Oxide was cut due to RAM limitations. Niko and Korkonica built this mod together. To get it working they had to build it, scrap it, and rebuild it over and over. At the same time, I was helping with hours of testing while they were busy debugging.
