Northern Pacific, F9, #7012, picks up a steam engine and heads to Tacoma

Northern Pacific, F9, #7012, leaves Elbe, Washington and picks up a steam locomotive in Eatonville, and both head to Tacoma for the big steam up. The F-9 was one of the locomotives used in the movie “Runway train“ (brakes burned off scene). The steam locomotive was recently overhauled and this was it’s first real excursion.
