Hi fellow bakers, another great recipe for you! Double Chocolate Cookies, famous recipe from New York; Levain Bakery! This recipe will give 8-10 big size cookies... 310g All purpose flour 4g Bakingpowder 4g Bakingsoda 3g Salt 227g Butter (Cold and sliced) 130g Brown sugar 100g White sugar 2 Eggs 10ml Vanilla extract 75g Cacao powder 300g Dark chocolate chips Process: -Put flour, bakingpowder, bakingsoda and salt into a bowl and mix (than set a side). -Add cold butter, brown and white sugar to a mixing bowl and mix well. -Add your 2 eggs, one at the time. -Let egg fully absorb. -Add your vanilla extract and cacao powder. -Mix slowly until everything is well mixed... SLOWLY! -Add flour mixture and keep mixig SLOWLY until no more flour visible. -Add chocolate chips and mix well.. SLOWLY!. -Scoop a ball onto baking tray, big size will give 8-10 cookies. -Bake 180C / 350F for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy and good
