A very welcoming environment for all. Below is a montage of clips from Giselle Pascual’s second training session with Boxing 101 New Zealand She has begun her build up into the ’16 Week Beginners Boxing Training Program’ where she will join the Red Team. The program launches March 12 leaving a good 5 months to prepare for her first fight against an opponent from the Blue Team. During this time we will work on everything boxing related - from punch and movement technique to more advanced boxing combinations, sparring specific drills and skills. We are also adding a complete strength and conditioning program with gym workouts that strengthen all of her major muscle groups - improving mobility, strength and power.
