Tennis training, high performance drills with Coach Dabul

Today’s training session was very effective including the 9-13 year old junior players working on offensive point patterns. First, we did shadows working on the different stances, such as open stance and closed stance from different angles of the court while still transferring the weight of the body in an aggressive manner. We then moved on to live ball feeding out of the basket working on the same play. It’s very important for the players to understand how to transfer their weight throughout their strokes
