We Happy Few is a game about surviving in the drug-drenched town of Wellington Wells in a dystopian alternate 1960s where the Germans won the war, everyone is forced to be happy and nothing is as it seems. I always loved this track ever since I released it back in 2018. But at the same time, I was very early in my music career and the track was perhaps a little too ambitious for me at the time. More layers of harmonies and vocals than I’d ever attempted and a more complex style of musical composing and structure than a typical rap number. So whilst I loved the track, it was always a little rough around the edges. So I thought it was about time for the remaster treatment! The fantastic oo oxygen has reworked the track, improving and balancing the vocals and instrumentation, reining in the harmonies and fleshing out the track with new sounds and instrument
