For the chocolate layer:
1/2 cup (lactose-free) nonfat/low fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / about 125g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup / honey

For the peanut butter layer:
1/2 cup (lactose-free) nonfat/low fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / about 125g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon maple syrup / honey

Toppings:
homemade granola, recipe below
5 strawberries, sliced

1. Mix the ingredients of the chocolate layer together
2. Mix the ingredients of the peanut butter layer together
3. Add the layers into a glass with sliced strawberries and granola and enjoy!

Recipe for the peanut butter granola (this makes extra):
2 cups gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes (480 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Spread the mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes (mixing in between)
