Mix the ingredients of the chocolate layer together 2. Mix the ingredients of the peanut butter layer together 3. Add the layers into a glass with sliced strawberries and granola and enjoy! ‱ Recipe for the peanut butter granola (this makes extra): 2 cups gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes (480 ml) 3 tablespoons maple syrup 4 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt ‱ 1.
