This will be the second review i’ve put up. This time instead of a budget offering (like the TJ’s blend last time) we have the highly rated Dolce blend from Vivace in Seattle. I tried this coffee in person while visiting the city, and the remembered liking the ristretto so much that I immediately followed up with a machiatto -which was also great. The people at Vivace do a triple ristretto, pulled extremely short, less than a 40ml yield, and what’s in the cup tastes great, but is over pretty quick
