Ingredients:
Recipe 1:
grind 100 g(~1 cup) oats
50 g(~1/2 cup) oats
1 apple and 1 banana
cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or your favorite
40 g(1/3 cup) nuts/ or almonds
bake for 30 minutes at 180°C /360°F
Recipe 2:
100 g(~1 cup) oats
50 g(~1/2 cup) walnuts
lemon peel
2 medium apples
half a lemon for juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
bake for 25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
