30 MINUTE KETTLEBELL PLUS PLANK SUPERCIRCUIT WITH WARM UP
Choose your poison! Each round takes about 8 minutes to complete! The circuit alternates four KB moves with four different kinds of planks. 10 reps per KB move and 30 secs per plank. Do one round or all three for a longer more challenging workout! ALSO includes a short dynamic warm up! Enjoy!
