“In This Shirt“ Pole’Ography | Tracee Kafer

This song has been a favorite for awhile, I was worried I couldn’t do it justice - however working with a prop (the shirt) helped me flush out some feel good movement. The shirt represents something that we hold on to that should be left behind. Maybe it lays broken from the past, is an unknown, a lie, but we are not ready yet to let it go so we keep feeding it. We cannot move forward until it is shed. In comfort and fear we hold on. Playing with this again next week! Thursday 6PM at Body & Pole!
