Murici - 300 bpm Ambient | SSL SiX + Hybrid Eurorack Modular Synthesizer

Murici is on Selected Public Works, Vol. 5: This piece uses a new hybrid modular build that allows me to use eurorack modules to play the software instruments living inside my computer. I pair this with a Moog Matriarch running through Mutable Clouds and tie it all together with the SSL SiX 6-channel Desktop Analog Mixer before heading to the recorder. The SSL G-Series Bus Compressor on the SiX really ties the room together, does it not? Thanks to SSL for sending the SiX and to Qu-Bit Electronix for sending the Surface. Surface is basically their take on Rings, which I ran through Patching Panda’s Moon Phase stereo filter with that super-bright magenta LED. ✶ PATCH NOTES ✶ The modular sounds are my usual STOs voice (that I wrote about in the Patch & Tweak book) and the Surface.
