Waterfall Bib Style Necklace

I must be out of my damn mind, trying to do a tute for this complicated thing with a new computer using a new operating system and a new version and way of doing pretty much everything. *sigh* Anyway, I had to try and make some kind of video and get my feet wet, so this is it.
