Female British Airways staff are furious over the airline’s new uniforms, which they claim are “cheap“ and “androgynous“ and were designed to cater for non-binary colleagues. The uniforms, which are the first update in 20 years, were unveiled in February 2023 and have been met with widespread criticism from female staff. One staff member, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told The Sun: “The new uniforms are terrible. They’re cheap and poorly made, and they’re clearly designed to be androgynous. The airline is more interested in pandering to non-binary crew than in making sure that female staff look their best.“ Another staff member said: “I feel like I’m wearing a sack. The new uniforms are baggy and unflattering, and they don’t make me feel professional at all.“ The criticism from female staff has been met with a shrug from British Airways, with a spokesperson saying: “We are committed to providing our staff with
