Mei and Torbjorn Turret Exploit Bug Glitch

Played against a couple of people abusing an exploit, I guess if it becomes common knowledge Blizzard will deal with it quickly, right? How to do it: Torb throws his turret directly up while standing on a destructible rail. Mei runs under and uses Ice Block before it hits the rail causing a weird bug to happen where the turret falls into the ice and then into the breakable scenery.
