Shoot Me in the Heart tells the story of Soo-Myung (Yeo Jin Goo) who is hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital because he suffers from schizophrenia because of the guilt he feels about his mother’s suicide. There he meets Seung-Min (Lee Min Ki) who was hospitalized forcibly because of the inheritance of his wealthy family. Dreaming of leaving the hospital, Seung Min constantly tries to escape the Hospital. Seung Mi ends up joining Soo Myung on the run.
