What the far right is not telling you about Viktor Orban

When you look through what todays political commentators and pundits have to say on Viktor Orban, his Fidesz party and the state of Hungary, you will get a lot, but barely anything relevant. You will read through tons of far right and conservative praise for his populist messages, aswell as leftwing and liberal condemnation of that same populism. But what hides behind the venere of Vikto Orban’s populism? A very ugly picture. A country of corrupt oligarchs, misuse of state and EU finances and a government that has more in common with Putin’s clepocratic oligarchy than with any functioning European democracy.
