Here’s a 10 Minute Inner Thigh Burn Workout (No Equipment No Jumping)! I’ve been getting a lot of requests about doing another slim legs video so I decided to make a challenging workout to target those inner thighs for toning and slimming purposes. But let me tell you my thighs were really sore the next day after I filmed this video! You can see my legs shaking if you look closely! Also, this video was shot all in one take without breaks, so please go at your own pace and take breaks if you need to (to avoid any injuries).
