Russian troops to be stationed in Belarus arrive at border with Ukraine

The defence ministry in Minsk on Sunday (October 16) said just a little less than 9,000 Russian troops would be stationed in Belarus. The mobilization came less than a week, after Belarus’s Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin had agreed to position a joint group of forces near their border. Minsk has accused Kyiv of planning imminent strikes on its territory, as Ukrainian forces destroyed almost all bridges and mined the roads along the border with Belarus. __________________ ShanghaiEye focuses on producing top-quality contents.
