It was a great season for Upstead! I love how these two are sensitive and vulnerable, they truly do care about each other and are very supportive no matter the problems they can have. Hailey has gone through a lot and her past trauma punches her in the face as she tries to make her relationship with Jay work, while he is very patient but also kind of afraid it might go wrong, especially with the Hailey/Voight relationship and how his influence can impact her. They’re really beautiful and touching, I can’t wait to see where they’re headed! What’s your favorite Upstead moment so far? Do you like the way their relationship is handled by the writers?
