If SHAFT Directed Nichijou: A Cup of Coffee, Please. (IAT 202 Project 2)

Story adapted from Nichijou - Episode 16, part 64. Stylistic homage to Bakemonogatari - Episode 2 (specifically the flashback part, which you can see my shoddy screen recording clip of here for reference: made this for my filmmaking class, despite covid restrictions yoting all of our original plans and direction out the window! i never want to touch a green screen again! all my homies hate color keying in premiere! would i call this my magnum opus? absolutely not. in fact it’s one of the things i’m least proud of making, probably. but ngl, it definitely came out better than i anticipated (though that’s a low bar) check out my pal who composed and made the music for this at !!
