6 Way Shoulder Raises

In this video, we go over the 6-way shoulder raise. The 6-way shoulder raise is an exercise created by a bodybuilder named John Meadows. I highly recommend you check out his past content on his page. @mountaindog1 . He gives an in-depth tutorial on this movement there. The primary muscles activated during 6 way shoulder raises are the deltoids, ., and the shoulders. The range of motion used in this exercise will activate the front, middle, and rear delt muscles. So, unlike many shoulder exercises, you will notice that the entire shoulder gets activated while doing this movement. The secondary muscles activated while doing this movement are the rotator cuffs, traps, rhomboids triceps, and biceps. Anyways, I hope this video helps!
