Witness description: “Round orb like object in sky metallic chrome reflecting the sunlight. It was hovering over a cloud and seemed to be doing something to the inside of the cloud. Its shadow can be seen on the cloud. It’s shadow moves in sync with the orb as it moved slightly left and right up then down a little.
